| Terms & Conditions
Returns· For Returns purchased through mail order: they must be returned through mail order. · Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip, if available, and write the reason for each returned item. The customer must pay freight. On each item returned for refund instead of exchange there will be a $3.00 restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; only a reshipment fee of $5.00 applies. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date in original and unused condition (unless defective). Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 20% restocking fee or a denial of return.· All items must be unused and in factory packaging. Helmets must be wrapped with protective covering inside the box. · United Parcel Service is generally the least expensive shipping method. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO SNAPLINE INC. C.O.D. Our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments. · These terms represent the policy of Snapline Inc. and are current as of February 1, 2005. · INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The following statement must be written on your invoice enclosed in the return package and on the Customs Declaration on the outside of the package: U.S. GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR OR EXCHANGE.
Return Policy on Package Deal Items· Certain items are sold as a package deal. If you return any item from a package deal for a "refund" the items that you kept from the package revert to regular pricing and you will be refunded the remainder after all items from the original package are re-priced to regular pricing rather than package deal pricing.· We suggest that you exchange the item rather than have the item refunded in order to avoid the remainder of the items that you kept re-priced.
Pricing· Please consult our Mail Order Staff about the product availability and prices when ordering from this or any other Snapline catalog. Pricing does not include shipping. · Items marked with “SO” may require prepayment by money order, check or Western Union Quick collect. These are special order items that we do not stock but are willing to order from our vendors at your request. These special order items are paid for in advance, non-returnable and non-refundable. · We apologize for any discrepancies caused by typographical, clerical or printing errors and reserve the right to correct them. We are not obligated to sell items at mis-marked prices. We apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors.
Product Availability · We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. As the manufacturers product lines change, our product line changes also. · Snapline now carries genuine OEM parts. We have provided information that, we believe, is comprehensive and factual. Snapline Inc. reserves the right, however, to make changes at any time and without notice, in prices, colors, materials, equipment, specifications, models and availability. Information may have been updated since the time this information was prepared. Please check with us for complete details. All pictures are for illustration purposes only.
Damaged Packages · In the even that an item arrives damaged during transit; call Snapline Inc. immediately at 323-469-1923. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. Snapline will advise you of the procedure needing to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.
